Speaker bio: Dr. Alison Hamilton is a rural generalist physician and completed a fellowship in addiction medicine at the BC Centre on Substance Use. Dr. Hamilton discovered her passion for addiction medicine during her residency in Labrador, and has a wide range of rural locum experience in 13 communities across 6 provinces and territories in Canada.
