Pathways Medical Care Directory

Pathways Medical Care Directory: It’s a new province-wide public directory that helps people connect to care. It includes individual family doctor listings with information about their virtual care options plus which doctors are accepting new patients, and information about new virtual care clinics for patients who don’t have family doctors. Each clinic listing will provide basic contact info, relevant patient instructions and a link to your own clinic website (if you have one). For offices without websites, your Pathways Medical Care Directory listing can serve as a public webpage for your clinic.  For more information click here.
