Speaker bio: Dr. Adam Sandell is a family physician, educator, and mentor who has worked extensively with rural Indigenous communities in British Columbia and previously practised in the UK. He enjoys helping colleagues navigate career decisions, resilience, leadership, and professional development. The session will be moderated by Dr. Gordon Horner who has been a rural family physician on Haida Gwaii since 2000 and is currently the Chief of Staff for Xaayda Gwaay Ngaaysdll Naay/Haida Gwaii Hospital.
