Hope Air helps Canadians in need overcome barriers of distance and cost to access medical care far from home. We reduce inequities in access to healthcare for some of Canada’s most vulnerable people, who live in remote, rural or underserved communities.

Hope Air works with our partners to arrange travel support for Canadians in financial need from coast to coast. Hope Air provides free flights, accommodations, airport ground transportation and meal vouchers for families and individuals who must travel for medical care. Programs and eligibility may vary based upon province of residence.
